Looking for the perfect rehearsal space to create your music or record your podcast? Look no further We want to ensure that all of our clients have a great experience at our rehearsal space, so we have established the following private booking policy: Private bookings are limited to a maximum of 5 people per booking. Each additional attendee beyond the initial 5 people will be charged an extra $5 fee. We do not provide any instruments or equipment when the space is rented. However, we do offer equipment and instrument rental services through our studio. Please contact us for more information on our rental options. To ensure that we can accommodate your booking request, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to make your reservation. We require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied towards your total rental fee. Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking time, you will be charged 50% of the total rental fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking time, you will be charged the full rental fee.
