Music Collaboration Agreement

The Creators intend to collaborate on creating music at Vibez Recording Studio. Each Creator’s role is as follows:

 

    •    The Producer is responsible for music production.

    •    The Writer is responsible for composing music.

    •    The Artist is responsible for vocal performance.

    •    The Studio will provide recording Mixing & mastering.

Ownership and Credits:

All Creators jointly own the copyrights and intellectual property of the music. Proper credits will be given to each Creator in public releases.

PRODUCERS

Creates the beat, arranges instruments, records, shapes the sound Creates chords, melody and musical structure 

WRITERS

Writes the lyrics and vocal phrasing

ARTIST

Performs and represents the song publicly
