Vibez House Band

The Vibez House Band is a selected group of musicians who work together as a performing and recording unit within Vibez Recording Studio. Members are chosen through an audition process and represent a variety of instruments, styles, and musical strengths.

As a structured ensemble, the House Band is built for rehearsals, live performances, recording sessions, showcases, and special events organized through the studio. Members are expected to come prepared, communicate clearly, and maintain reliability regarding scheduling and availability.

In addition to standard band activity, the House Band may also support recording sessions, collaborate with featured artists, and participate in projects that require a more organized and professional band setting.

 

Credits, Rights & Compensation

If original music is created, recorded, and officially released by the Vibez House Band, all contributing members will receive appropriate credit based on their role in the project.

Ownership, publishing and rights  will be determined according to the specific agreement for each project.

If House Band members participate in studio sessions for other artists, they will be compensated accordingly. Compensation for these sessions will be determined entirely by the client’s project budget, as established by the client, and not by Vibez Recording Studio.

Compensation for live Vibez House Band original or cover Band related  performances, will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the venue budget, event scope, and performance details. All compensation for these performances will be based entirely on the client's or project's budget, as established by the client, and not by Vibez Recording Studio.

Vibez House Band Internal Sessions

Vibez by TIFA Recording Studio and Rehearsal Space will absorb all costs related to Vibez House Band original or cover Band rehearsals, recording sessions, production sessions, and other Vibez House Band original or cover Band related sessions conducted at the Vibez by TIFA Recording Studio and Rehearsal Space.

Band members understand and agree that no compensation will be provided for Vibez House Band original or cover Band rehearsals, internal recording sessions, production sessions, or other Vibez House Band original or cover Band development activities conducted by Vibez by TIFA Recording Studio and Rehearsal Space.
